State guidelines and common-sense practices will be applied to ensure your safety, and ours. To accomplish this, we ask you to follow these protection protocols.

• When directed to your treatment room, please have payment ready. Let the clinical assistant know if you need a receipt. 

• If you have tested positive for COVID-19 please refrain from coming for treatment until you have tested negative for the virus. 

• If you have had a fever, cough or any cold/flu symptoms in the past two weeks we ask that you be symptom-free for 14 days before attending an appointment.

• By phone consultation, appropriate supplements can be prescribed to help you. Please call for an appointment.

On arrival, please follow these protocols:

1. We appreciate your promptness. Please wait in your vehicle, call the clinic at 508-337-3087, leaving a message with your name & appointment time.

2. We will call to invite you into the clinic and direct you to your treatment room. 

3. Please wear a mask & gloves until you are in the treatment room. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask for treatment, please continue to do so.

4. Please stay for the whole treatment time or let us know if you need to leave earlier. 

5. Please stay in the room until a clinical assistant comes to finish your treatment.

By accepting treatment, you agree to hold Oriental Healing Arts Clinic, all its clinical staff and practitioners, harmless from all or any legal liability.
